For NGOs, Universities, Municipalities and Businesses
NGOs, universities, local governments and companies cooperating with JICA and participating in JICA projects can use our videoconferencing system and multimedia contents. For information on how to participate in a JICA cooperation project, please refer to the "Citizen's Participation" page. You may not be able to use the videoconferencing system depending on the conditions and type of facilities available in your country. Please consult the person in charge of the project from the domestic organization or the overseas office about its use including the purpose and participants. When using multimedia contents, please observe copyright regulations.

For JICA Volunteers
Japan Overseas Cooperation Volunteers, JICA Senior Volunteers, Youth Volunteers for Communities of Japanese Descent, and Senior Volunteers for Communities of Japanese Descent who are engaged in JICA volunteer projects can also use videoconferencing and multimedia contents for voluntary activities. You may not be able to use the international videoconferencing system, depending on the conditions and facilities available. Therefore, please consult the person in charge of the project in the overseas office or the domestic organization about your plans to use the system as soon as possible. When using multimedia contents, please observe copyright regulations.

For JICA Experts and Persons in Overseas Counterpart Organizations
Experts and JICA's counterpart organizations overseas who are engaged in JICA technical cooperation projects can use videoconferencing and multimedia contents for project activities and trainings. Please refer to the sample activities.
For JICA Technical Training Participants
 JICA technical training participants can use multimedia contents for your reference or self-learning during training programs.

For JICA Staff
JICA staff in charge of projects either in Japan or overseas can plan and hold distance lectures, seminars, and conferences in cooperation with the people working on the project. It is also possible for people involved in several cooperation schemes to see a synergy effect by holding distance seminars on broad range of themes or exchanging opinions on a certain theme using distance-learning technology.
Multimedia contents make free use of images, and can be used to introduce JICA cooperation to the people involved in projects or as preparation material for technical cooperation training sessions. You can find information on past distance seminars and multimedia contents under "Library," if you wish to use them for your project.
